La chambre était très grande, le salon et la cuisine aussi. Avoir l'escalier privé pour la terrasse est top. Après une longue journée de marche la piscine est appréciable. L'emplacement à 5mn du port et dans le centre c'est super

Habitaciones grandes,limpias,con aire acondicionado( muy necesario) y la azotea con la piscina ideal, ubicación al lado del LE METALO,música en directo

Very nice place near the center
Staff was very helpful. They carried my suitcase up the steep stairs, and when I got sick the manger went to the supermarket for me to get some groceries. I wanted to do my laundry, but the staff said I could go into town and they did it for me, so when I came back I only had to take it off the clothes lines. My balcony was great too - though a more comfortable chair with pillows instead of the hard plastic one wouldn't hurt to increase comfort. I didn't use it, but the tiny swimming pool looked clean and good too.
It's an old restaurated building I get that, but for me the pretty steep stairs weren't great. Not sure if I had known that beforehand that I would have booked. For someone who can walk normally, this shouldn't be a reason not to book though.

Great option for Mindelo if you like a place that feels like home rather than a hotel
Great Location and well set up. Somehow they fit a little pool upstairs as well. Good security set up so you can get in and out as you like.
