    Nicht für die klassischen "Ferien auf dem Bauernhof"

    Wunderschöne Lage des Anwesens mit einem herrlich duftenden Blumenbalkon. Toller Alpenblick. Super Lage zum Simssee und Chiemsee und ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und Wanderungen.

    Das Haus liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe. Die unten vorbeifuhrende Straße ist bei offenem Fenster auch nachts überraschend laut. Wohl aufgrund der Bio- Pflanzenkläranlage werden die Handtücher nicht "Flausch gespült" und sind ziemlich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gibt nur einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer und nur einen allgemeinen Kühlschrank im Hausflur, aus dem man Getränke nehmen kann. Z.b. Wasser 1,50€. Bezahlt wird in ein Sparschwein 😀 Es gibt am Hof keinerlei Verpflegung.
