    Unexpected, impolite, rude.

    I liked absolutely nothing coz they refused to entertain my request after I had booked.... The only saving grace was they gave me a full refund.... That too coz booking.com had not paid them in advance or else I don't know what would have happened.

    I didn't like the tone and the attitude of the staff and management.... Even after begging them and promising them to co-operate with me, they flatly refused to entertain my booking.

    נקי. מקום מרכזי. חדרים גדולים. צוות שרותי חייכן ועוזר

    ארוחת בוקר בקטנה.לא בופה- קפה/תה.ביצים. כריך ופירות אבל יש כל כך הרבה אוכל במומבאי שגם בחרנו לוותר על ארוחת בוקר.
