    Great location and service but amenities and breakfast could improve. Overall nice, would recommend.

    Great service at front desk especially Nancy who helped us to coordinate easy check in (even though our party members arrived at different timings and some late at night), switching rooms (as more of our friends arrived on different days) and even the check out. Great location, too. Highly recommend for big groups.

    Everything was good but it would have been nice to have more than just 4 small boxes of water. Maybe a bottle which could be refilled if the property wants to be eco-friendly. Breakfast was also just okay, I would rather go out to eat. The coffee machine had a long line and was not that nice.

    Amazing for families!

    Breakfast, kids room, room size were all really good. Connected to the mall is a plus

    Room service could be better given the price point but all good

    Short vacation

    Comfortable, comfy beds, rooms are big., toilets are big, staffs are friendly, amenities are good, kitchen are big abd well equipt.

    Location is a bit far from tourist spots. So much spwnd on metro hopping and time consuming.
