It was a nice layout and close to Alton towers

No toilet roll had to ring to get some, and having to fight for my life to get my deposit back, was only told on departure that I have to wait 72 hours for it to be given back to me

Very relaxing place to stay after busy days at Alton Towers

It felt luxury, very good condition, clean and tidy, information online was helpful. Hot tub was lovely and clean and looked after each day. 5 mins drive to Alton Towers!

Could do with a 'what three words' pin for each cabin to make it easier to find. One way system could be made slightly more clear. It would have been nice to have a way to contact the owners in case of questions, we've been to lodge stays where it felt a lot more personal. No complaints at all just commenting to help improve further.

    Super chilled

The property was clean and tidy, and had everything you wanted in a self catering lodge. Plus the hot tub was amazing

Didn’t really dislike anything about the place, but it would be nice if there was a small park for children to play.
