    Everything at breakfast was great..the porridge was delicious! Although no one was there at check in, some yummy welcome treats were waiting for us! We needed to check out early in the AM, after our two night stay, for an unexpected early departure & so chose to do that the night before. We had paid for breakfast included. The owner said we could probably grab some coffee & a croissant early from the girls in the kitchen, but they hadn’t shown up yet. The only thing that would have made the stay a little bit better😊

    We had a lovely stay at Ashfield House. Staff helpful, polite & friendly. Breakfast was great & plenty of choices. Beautiful location too.
