    Lovely accommodations, but a difficult sleep due to noise and lack of air

    Lovely room, comfortable bed, cute and quaint, clean; loved the Lark restaurant below and the breakfast was excellent and a great value.

    The room was lovely, but small, so it was too warm and the AC was a bit ineffective. We wanted the window open, but someone was downstairs playing loud music on the sidewalk below our window-- rough sleep. We understand it is a "downtown" hotel, but sleep is important, so the AC should have been more effective.

    I’m glad it was just for one night.

    Aesthetically pleasing.

    Tiny rooms, heater did not work and temperatures were in the 30s. No extra blanket available. Slept in a sweatshirt, leggings and socks.
