    Staff was very helpful, we had to extend our stay due to airport closure, they helped to accommodate smoothly. Fast service.

    The metal door stopper is a hazard, stubbed our toe multiple times as it’s located directly in front of the mirror, and it blends with the floor colour. Consider covering the stopper with a rubber material to make it safe.

    Everything about this hotel was amazing. The room was comfortable, the staffs were all friendly, the breakfast was amazing. And it is very near to pasar tanah abang

    A wonderful place to stay at💕

    It was an unexpected and wonderful surprise when the team told me that I was chosen as the Guest of the Day. They had upgraded the room to a suite and I was truly amazed by the extra mile that the team; Tarisa, Viky and Shereen took to decorate the room based on my profession as an educator. I was lost for words and touched by their thoughtfulness. The only regret I have is that I only spent a night here. I hope to come back soon💕 Keep up the good work and service Tarisa, Viky and Shereen🌸🌸
