Small room in older building. Main bar and restaurant were modern. Would not stay here again.

    Not as it looks

Don’t be fooled into thinking you will be staying in the main house. We ended up in some out building which was some way from the main house. Door to the building left open all night. Booked for 2 people, we were provided 1 towel, 1 cup, 1 glass. In a room that would pass for a dorm room. Single glazing and no way of controlling the room temperature

Country Manor House worth staying at.

The drive in up the driveway was amazing. Then entering car park with the building in view. Wow. Very pleasant young receptionist greeted us. Then slight issue with the booking. I had booked a ex. Twin room. They did not have this just a double. I was with my adult son, so no good. Housekeeper had finished for day. Result was they gave us a second room at no extra cost. Everything else was excellent.
