Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternatively if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $135 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company). Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
