The room was great 👍 The view and pool. Location.
Included breakfast was terrible, l couldn't even have fresh fruit and juice only 1 or the other. I decided to pay for a better breakfast the next morning and room service and the order was completey incorrect. They removed from bill however which was good as l didn't eat it. Staff couldn't speak basic English except for reception.

A little disappointed. However the staff in the restaurant were very nice.
It’s reasonably quiet as it’s on a busy road
We booked a sea view room which was quite expensive but we couldn’t stay in it as it smelled mouldy. We moved to an inferior room with no television or double bed as we paid for but were unable to get a reduced price.

The location on the beach. The gardens were beautiful. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
A bit unfortunate that the whole beachfront is under a major reconstruction to reclaim the sand lost from coral excavations many years ago. This rendered the location very noisy with trucks and backhoes trundling along the beachfront. Hopefully it will be worth it in the long run.

I would NEVER stay there again. That part of Candidasa was like a ghost town with many derelict, bus

Was dirty the menus in the restaurant were filthy. staff struggled to understand English. They wouldn't make us an egg for breakfast. I had a Balinese curry for dinner & it was disgusting There was 5 excavators & trucks working right out the front till 10.30pm.
