Nice and clean :)
The staff were super lovely. The room was big enough (they upgraded the room to a delux suite) and very clean. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was good quality. They also offered airport pickup for a reasonable price which was the best we could get on our arrival late night. The room temperature was perfectly adjustable and the lighting was very good. Good facilities in the suite (the hair dryer even had diffuser :D feel lucky curly girls ;) The staff were also helpful even out of our stay, the receptionist girl helped me find and book a classy restaurant for my partner's bd (so kind of her <3 ). A cosy garden to sit and chill with friends.
The entrance did not look fancy enough to a guest (we entered via the door in the alley), which is understandable as boutique hotels are usually in old towns. There was no shelves near the shower where you could put the shampoo and stuff.

Прекрасный отель в центре Еревана! Очень уютная атмосфера, чувствуешь себя как на даче, в тихом и зелёном месте, хотя находишься в центре города. Номер чистый и комфортный, персонал приветливый, а расположение просто отличное. Идеальное место, чтобы отдохнуть от городской суеты. С удовольствием вернулся бы снова! 10/10.
