    Exceptional Gem in Ubud

    Where do I begin. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with big smiles and helpful hands. The owners greeted us personally and attended to us like we were family. There is a laundry onsite, but the owner rarely let us pay. This place is convenient, safe, and serene. The bathroom in our unit resembled a five star bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a full container of fresh Aqua water that lasted for two weeks. Small shops and restaurants are minutes away, including at least three major grocery stores. I loved everything about this place.

    Poor customer service and response

    I am still waiting for my refund to be sorted out. Astagina Villas cancelled my booking at the last minute and has not responded to requests for a refund

    Great place for the money.

    The house is really good! I would recommend for sure, it’s not so close to a lot of things but that’s the price for this peaceful place near Ubud. You have a lot of space and it’s really nice to see the nature in front of it.

    Very good

    Clean, quiet, convenient location. The place had everything I needed as a solo traveler. The staff were lovely and attentive and grandma DaDong is super cute!
