  Wonderful vacation😆

  We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The beach was absolutely beautiful,clean, and very private, which made it perfect for peaceful getaway. The whole resort had a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for resting and escaping from stress. There were two large main swimming pools, so we could enjoy swimming comfortably without feeling crowded. The staff were very very friendly, helpful, and always responded to messages quickly.

  All the staff were very helpful, friendly, nice, quick at their work and efficient. Thank you Mia, Tony, Vins and Truong. We would love to come back soon!

  We went to the pool around 12, then a guard came and he said that there is chemical in the pool, we said it’s fine cuz we know there is chloroform in that. Then he called the manager and the manager said the pool is closed, timing is from 6am to 10pm. We told him that while booking the place, it shows that the pool is open 24 hours. Then he said that other people might get disturbed, we told him that we are not making any noise and will not do so. Then he said very angrily that either you leave now or I’ll call the police. He was very rude, we asked him to talk politely but even after that he threatened us, he said that don’t even dare to put your foot in the pool, or you will see what I will do. We told him that you’re in the hospitality business and you should not talk like this with us and that we don’t want any trouble as we are from a different country. But even after that his behavior was same, it was not hospitable. Then we raised a complaint to the host and she assured us that this manager is not there and if he will come, he will come to apologize at our place. We went near the reception a few hours later and he was there, forget apologising, he said hi in a very sarcastic way and the overall experience was very scary, we had a good experience all over vietnam and this was disturbing. Won't recommend this place to anyone

  Căn hộ đầy đủ tiện nghi, rộng rãi, sạch sẽ thoáng mát. Các dịch vụ đi kèm đầy đủ. Hai bạn Phú và Mia hỗ trợ rất tốt, nhiệt tình, lịch sự, chu đáo. Sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè sử dụng dịch vụ và căn hộ của bên mình
