    I feel cheated.

    Nothing.

    This property and the hosts are a sham. Pls stay away from them. it's a bait and switch , most of the good reviews about this place are probably fake . pls avoid this property at all cost. We visit Phuket at least once a year , most properties we have stayed at have been amazing with signature Thai hospitality and warmth. this was the only exception in my years of travel. do yourself a favour and look somewhere else.

    A lovely, peaceful 2 bedroom villa

    - The location. Quick walk to 7/11 and a gym/yoga studio - spacious and clean - perfect for families - lovely surroundings. Calm and quiet setting - well catered including washing machine, TV and BBQ’s - gated safe community - staff were very attentive and friendly

    - pillows too hard - Aircon broke but fixed the following day - Hot water not working in one room, only luke warm - outdated furniture and a few appliances need to replaced

    I just want to say Natti was an amazing host and was always available when needed. Villa was amazing was what we needed, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Not too far from the shops. Few minutes walk and a five minute journey by taxi to restaurants as well.
