    The roof terrace is beautiful and the apartment is a stones throw away from everything you will need. Location cannot be better.

    Perfect location with exceptional rooftop terrace

    We loved everything about this apartment. It was well stocked with all the equipment you could want and was a great size. The star attraction was the rooftop terrace, it was incredible! Plenty of space for dining, sunbathing and lounging with lovely views of the street below. The location of the apartment was exceptional, it was definitely our favourite part of Estepona, bang in the old town near all of the best bars and restaurants. The beach was just a few minutes walk too, so we had the best of both worlds. The owners had left some wine, beer and ice cream in the fridge too which was very kind.

    Will def come back; it’s that good.

    Awesome location, with everything you need for a self-catered stay. The big bed is super-comfy, the bathroom newly decorated, and I can’t shout about the upstairs terrace enough! That terrace not only has great sunbed but also an eating area and a corner sofa for morning coffee or evening drinks. Brilliantly situated in the old town, it’s got great restaurants and bars and the owners gave us good recommendations.

    The owners said there’s a few stairs, but to be honest, you don’t get the quality of terrace without a few stairs. It’s just a little well worth trade off.

    Lovely location near all bars, restaurants and beach / waterfront. great roof terrace overlooking main pedestrian precinct Very well equipped and clean - good communication from hosts David & Laura Would definitely use again

    lovely little flat in a great location

    excellent location

    heaters were in affective and the the property was very cold at night.
