    It was in Manila

    It was big bugs, roaches, in our room every night. We never brought food into our room to eat The shower fixtures were loose and the air-conditioning didn't work that good in the rooms. It was always hot in the hallways and the morning breakfast wasn't good as well.

    ​Overall, we had a great stay! The room was excellent, though there were a few minor signs of wear and tear that could use a touch-up. Special thanks to the staff—they were extremely accommodating, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit.

    ​The only minor hiccup was during checkout when reception assured us we were clear to leave with our car, but the security guard insisted we return to the front desk. Better internal communication on vehicle clearance would avoid this unnecessary delay, but overall it was still a very enjoyable stay."

    Memorable. Made memories. Had adventures. Will always remember my first stay in the Philipines.

    Property had two restaurants on site for food, was close to other stores for any other needs you may have. Delivery / Rideshare options available. Affordable laundry services. Friendly front-of-house and back-of-house staff no matter where you encounter them within the hotel.

    Elevator waiting time was a bit long as only 2 out of 3 elevators were operational. Elevators get a bit warm due to amount of guests that get in to go up or down.
