    The area was nice the accomodation was ok even thought it was different to the pictures

    Getting abused for over 20 minutes from the reception desk when I was collecting the keys for the unit. As this is a private residence and people are not allowed to hire out apartments. The room i booked was advertised with a balcony and this room had no balacony. The Ad id for AStra Apartments but it is actually 11 Bale Circuit - part of Melbourne Square. Very nice area. And you cant use the gym of pool without undertaking WHS with the Corporate Body.

    Location to everything was awesome. Woolworths in building was so handy.

    Our ensuite toilet was blocked, apartment owner got a plumber in next day to fix. However, that afternoon the toilet was blocked again. Couldn't use it for rest of stay (4 days). Luckily there was another toilet in apartment. Just a hassle with 4 adults using 1 toilet. Lounge area was a bit small too. Could only fit 2 adults on the couch, 2 others had to sit on kitchen chairs while we watched some footy on TV.

    Absolutely dirty and bid customer service

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my stay at your apartment in Melbourne. First, the bathroom was extremely dirty, with mold all around the shower. There is likely an issue with the drain, as the water backs up and overflows throughout the entire bathroom. I feel that the apartment is not cleaned properly, which I found absolutely disgusting. Secondly, Secondly, when I first speak with the person in charge of handing over the apartment, I asked if parking was available. He told me it would cost $20. When I asked if there was free parking outside, he said he would check when I arrived. I arrived 50 minutes later, and when I asked for help, he told me he had already rented the parking space. He didn’t even give me a chance to discuss it, and within those 50 minutes, he rented it. After that, for the next three nights, I asked him to help with parking again. The first time, he replayed but after he just ignored me so this is a really wrong customer service.
