  Recel was a good caretaker. The sheets are clean and fresh. The floor is clean.

  The toilet upstairs was clogged for 4 days I think and my 81 yr old mom has to go downstairs to use the toilet for 3 night/ 4 days. I asked Recel to have it fixed asap, I know she tried her best, but it took 4 days before it finally got fixed, her manager should have send a professional plumber to fixed it before we came, but she just asked Recel to pour disolving liquid in the toilet instead. Recel really tried her best to fixed it. Now looking back to what my 81 yr old mom endured, I should have asked a discount on the 4 days that my mom can't use the toilet upstairs, because this unit was not cheap. We paid for 3 working bathrooms for 7 days but got ripped off for 4 days. This unit is decent for Philippine standard, if you are from US this place is just so-so. We are thankful that it is comfortable enough for us to stay there. Location is okay not that close to downtown. We stayed in unit 2 and 4 on diff weeks and unfortunately there was a construction next door that was loud and made stinky smell. The unit 4 has no exhaust fans in the bathrooms so we need to open the window to air it out, the smell from the outside was bad and travels to the bedroom when you open the bathroom doors to go in and out. The unit 2 upstair bathrooms has exhaust fans which is way better. If you have the option to choose unit 2 and unit 4, I recommend the unit 2. Also, the bathroom toilet downstars has no leg room, airplanes has more legroom than this bathroom, very poor layout. Recel was such a good caretaker, I know she genuinely cared for us. Thank you very much Recel for your kindness.

  A comfortable stay with Astra Bella Apart Apartment

  Apartment is very clean, feels like just home; If you would want extension cords they easily provide it. Location is near to boulevard, city mall, Robinsons mall, Terra Alta (where you have any experience for a glass walk) Recel, who is assisting us, was very helpful and very friendly Recommended especially for group.
