  Apartamento sucio, deteriorado y malos anfitriones

  Zona tranquila para descansar

  Suciedad en general, utensilios de cocina sucios, manchas en sofás y camas, humedades,terraza sucia y llena de colillas. Deteriorado en general, desconchados, pomos rotos, etc. Con la cama no cierra la puerta, hay que pasar el cable de la lámpara por encima de la mesa para tener luz, etc. Mala comunicación y trato con el amfitrión, el checking confuso en dirección y acceso que nos llevó a equivocarnos de apartamento. Accedimos a unas llaves según sus instrucciones pero no eran de nuestro alojamiento ¿? Después no contactaron con nosotros para subsanar el error ni por teléfono ni por wasap, solo mediante mensajería booking de la que no recibíamos correctamente los mensajes. Después de no esforzarse por contactar nos pasaron un cargo por el error. Booking tampoco ayudó en esto. La calle es poco recomendable para transitat de noche, hay drogodependientes tomando su dosis a lo largo de toda la calle.

  Le petit studio est conforme aux photos, avec beaucoup plus de lumière sur les photos. Bonne wifi. Bonne literie. Salle de bain OK avec douche. La machine à laver sur le palier. la terrasse super.

  Faire très attention si vous réservez ce studio,l'escalier en colimaçon de 3 etages ,60cm de largeur est très rude,si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité ,si vous avez un gros sac de voyage,cela peut être un problème. L'arrivée se fait avec une boîte à clé, donc personne pour vous aider. Le quartier peut être un soucis,je viens à Athènes chaque année, mais ce lieu est particulièrement mal fréquenté et très sale. Junkies dans la rue qui se piques devant vous ,qui dorment sur le trottoir .si vous avez des enfants je vous déconseille. La caution de 1000€réclamer est un peu exagéré vu l'endroit.

  Do not come near this place! Immediately after booking, the host demanded an astronomical and ridiculous €700 deposit, and when we wanted to cancel, he said we would be charged the full price anyway. We arrived exhausted after a whole day of ferries and in the peak of the heat. We told the host we would pay the deposit because we had no choice, but the process took some time. The host refused to let us in, disappeared, ignored our phone calls, and we were forced to wait for nearly an hour on the sidewalk. The stairs going up are so narrow that our suitcase couldn't even fit through, and we literally had to unpack it just to bring our belongings up. The apartment itself might look fine, but the bed is terrible and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning barely works. On top of everything, the neighborhood is sketchy, full of drugs, and scary to walk around in the evening. Disgusting and hostile attitude. Save yourself the heartache and book somewhere else!

  Pleasant, cosy, basic and enough.

  Comfortable, clean, basic and sufficient if you're out all day

  It's not something they can control, but in certain areas around the location it's a bit sketchy. The location is safe and well-lit both inside and out.
