    At check-in, Praneet gave me a room upgrade which was very nice. It was quiet & had a view to the beach. Praneet was welcoming & very hospitable during my stay.

    The windows in the room need to be cleaned. The cushions on the two big chairs need to be replaced as they look old & dirty.
