hotel is fine, sleeping arrangements are terrible
Location was excellent, you're close enough to the main strip you could walk if you wanted but far enough you don't have the noise pollution, overlooking the middle harbor. the pool was well maintained, tv and kitchenette/ fridge were sufficient for our stay.
our first night in the room the shower was quite dirty because reception closed at 5 and had no after hours contact i found myself heading to the store to buy cleaning products which isn't a great way to start a holiday. hotel staff corrected this the next day i came back and my room had been cleaned but it shouldn't have been something to come across in the first place. now to me the bed is probably one of the most important parts of your stay it will make or break your holiday unfortunately this broke our holiday. firstly the bedding was really terrible thin flat sheets don't count as a blanket to me or offer any comfort the room staff offered blankets in the closet these were thick fluffy throws that trap heat myself paying $200+ a night id like a duvet not a thin flat sheet that barely covers the bed. pillows were hard as a rock and the mattress held heat like no other even with the aircon blasting myself and my partner were waking in hot sweats, we also had allot of light pollution from the outside walkways. we tried blocking this with a towel but it barely blocked the spotlight shining into the bedroom. other guests are at no fault to the hotel. but most nights we were woken by the room above us or next to us stomping around ect. just based on the bed and bedding alone i wont be staying here again. i don't understand offering just a flat sheet in any climate and yes i brought this up with reception hoping they would have an alternative i didn't like having to remake the bed daily because the sheets didn't fit the bed either yes it seems small but having little to no sleep for a week does take its toll.

Stunning views enjoyed from the spa on the deck.
Wonderful views, close to Airlie action. Good value for money
The bathroom was a bit aged and mound is difficult to manage in the tropics

Fair and good for one night stay which we had
The view was good and bed comfy
Check-in and reception were not very friendly and seemed overworked
