    Good location, but significant issues with cleanliness and air conditioning

    The location is a plus: situated in a less touristy part of Malaga, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and around 30 minutes from the city centre. Shops and public transport are nearby. The apartment is generally well-equipped, with a few significant exceptions (see below).

    The air conditioning doesn’t work properly. This issue has already been mentioned in previous reviews and, apparently, has remained unresolved for quite some time. Instead, a fan and a portable indoor air conditioner are provided, but both are very noisy and ineffective. Be prepared for high temperatures inside the apartment. The apartment needs renovation and a thorough refresh, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, with mould, mildew and dust present. You may also occasionally encounter cockroaches, flies or ants. Some of the chairs are damaged, so be careful where you sit. Communication is handled through some kind of chatbot, so be prepared to be patient.

    La falta de comunicación con un humano,Publican un teléfono que es inexistente.Wl whasupp es un bot que no da soluciones .Llegué al lugar ,y el código de acceso no estaba habilitado.Me dijeron que podía entrar antes al lugar y era pura mentira. Tu ive que esperar hasta las 16 hs.Nadie daba soluciones.

    Très bon séjour, appartement propre et confortable, je recommande sans hésitation.
