    Need basic maintenance and cleaning

Location, avalability of a parking space next to property.

Broken toilet. Severely leaking dishwasher. Ant infestation in bathroom and kitchen. Dirty bed-linen (smelly). Dirty kitchen utensils (probably dishwasher-related issue) No electrical sockets in 2/3 rooms. Kids hated not being able to charge phones. Low ceilings.
