    Horrible - DO NOT STAY HERE

    NOTHING!! The property is very disappointing. The “pool’ pictured on the roof top is not a pool. The onsens are completely separate male/female- there is no mixed. The pillows and bedding is very cheap and nasty. The staff were some of the most awful people we have ever come across - we were made to feel as though we were unwelcome as westerners as soon as we arrived.

    Everything. Everything was very cheaply done. The hotel is vastly overpriced. I think they charge westerners a lot more than locals. It wasn’t very clean - the windows hadn’t been cleaned for a long time nor had the private onsen on the balcony. The staff were atrocious - they were extremely unhelpful and I would go as far to say aggressively rude and intimidating towards us. Natamae on reception was particularly disrespectful and made us feel very uncomfortable for our entire stay.
