AVOID if you would like to sleep at night!!!
The location of this apartment is right in the centre of town. Easy access to 3 metro stations and to unlimited bars and restaurants. Host was very responsive and they had the apartment ready for us even before check in which we found really nice. Beautiful renovated property with a really nice shower. But we got no sleep cause of the bar at the bottom of the building!
AVOID this place if you want to sleep at night time!!!! The windows of the apartment are opening to the courtyard of a very very loud bar therefore you have the music of the bar directly on your windows and the windows are not double glazed!!! They allowed smoking inside this bar too so except of music you get the smoke from cigarettes too. (Look at photos attached for reference) We went to Athens to rest and we ended up leaving extremely tired and unwell due to the lack of sleep. Really disappointed!

It was perfect, the location is great! It’s clean, large… the only thing that might disturb people is the music from the bar downstairs but it is merely disturbing and I personally liked it !

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo-posizione, consigliato 😃
Posizione eccezionale, abbiamo girato tutto il centro di Atene a piedi, senza mai la necessità di prendere la metropolitana. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Un piccolo problema all’aria condizionata, risolto in poche ore dal proprietario. Bagno moderno, angolo cucina accessoriato, frigorifero e microonde, grande televisore, letto comodo. Consigliato!
L’edificio in cui si trova l’appartamento è piuttosto malmesso, l’ascensore non è un vero ascensore ma semplicemente una piattaforma senza porta interna, che sistematicamente si blocca se non si chiude bene la porta esterna. Consiglierei anche di sostituire le pentole, molte erano graffiate. Non c’erano shampoo o bagnoschiuma e abbiamo dovuto comprarli. Considerando il rapporto qualità-prezzo, nulla di drammatico comunque.
