Great stay, bed was comfy
Location is great and there’s a link bridge to Pavillon mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I could leave my luggage with them after check out and before my departure time.

disappointing
The location was very good near to the mall and everything.
Very disappointing stay, the welcoming was not good at all and the rooms had a horrible smell like sewage and garbage which made it very uncomfortable, there are also way too many rules and you can’t even access the reception normally, whenever you need something you have to contact a number and they tell you someone will come to help but most of the time they don’t even respond, overall the service and communication were very poor and the whole experience was disappointing.
