Perfect in Florence !
Location was very close to main attractions, however due to being in a small lane it was very quiet which was excellent at night. Room had a lovely ambiance! We'll fitted out.

Perfect !!
The hôtel and the room were beautiful. Event at night, the staff is available to arrange a taxi. The emplacement is just a one-minute walk from the Uffizi.

Amazing first time here and will definitely be coming back for longer
The location is perfect, quiet during the evening if you’re facing the alleyway, but just steps away from everything. As a solo female traveller I tend to worry about safety but I had no problems in this place. The room was exactly like it shows in the pictures (I had the Superior King room). The bathroom was spacious and clean with plenty of towels. Water pressure in the shower was perfect, nice and hot. This was my first time here and I was a little hesitant since majority of pictures are of the rooms and nothing of the reception area or front door but once I got there I had no issues. I was only there for one night but wish I could have stayed longer!
You can hear the doors closing and opening on your floor but that’s about it
