  I would return

  Where it was, the villa was very nice, we had a few issues with using things but that was sorted via the phone quickly.

  Fixed the hot tub before we arrived, informed us that the televisions in all the bedrooms did not work - we all tried without success. We really like the space though.

  Geweldige villa voor een mega leuke vakantie met vrienden/familie

  Vriendelijk en goed contact. Makkelijk te bereiken bij vragen en het is helemaal compleet! Uitzicht was echt geweldig!

  Je komt niet makkelijk in Glyfada/Athene zonder taxi. Hoewel dit ons zeker niet tegen hield, is het voor mensen die slechter ter been zijn qua lopen mogelijk wel lastiger. De lift was buiten werking voor ons, dus houd hier rekening mee mocht je gaan boeken met mensen die dit nodig hebben.

  Literally an Athenian Secret in the most prestigious city of Glyfada

  The location being in Glyfada, a little away from the main strip however you will appreciate the sunrise/sunset views from the rooftop. The space is ideal for families, jacuzzi is beautiful at night and overall great property. The host Chris came down to say hello and farewelled us on checkout and checked in throughout the stay. Great service and amazing hospitality for guests

  It is a steed uphill climb on the way back to the property however it is worth every penny for that view

  Avoid this villa at all costs. Our family arrived expecting a relaxing holiday and instead found a property that we considered unsuitable, unhygienic, and unsafe. The issues were so serious that we left the villa on the day of arrival and paid for alternative accommodation elsewhere. One of the most shocking problems was that none of the bathroom doors could be locked. In fact, some internal doors did not even close properly. For a group containing women and children, this was completely unacceptable and raised significant privacy and safeguarding concerns. Despite this, we were given the bizarre explanation that bathroom locks are "illegal in Greece" – a statement that is simply untrue. The hygiene standards were equally disappointing. We encountered multiple insects, including cockroaches and ants, throughout the property, including in bedroom areas. This is not what anyone expects when paying for holiday accommodation. Customer service was equally poor. After reporting the issues, we waited several hours for assistance. No meaningful solutions were provided. An unassembled high chair was left in the kitchen, and the major concerns we raised remained unresolved. What made matters even worse were repeated warnings from the representative about keeping all doors locked and blinds closed because of theft concerns in the area. Being repeatedly warned about security risks while staying in a property with faulty doors and no functioning bathroom locks did nothing to make us feel safe. Quite the opposite. The combination of poor maintenance, lack of privacy, hygiene concerns, and the alarming security warnings left us with no confidence in staying at the villa. We made the decision to leave immediately and secure emergency alternative accommodation at our own expense. To add insult to injury, when we requested a refund and raised our concerns formally, our complaint was dismissed.
