Worst experience ever: bed bugs, poor hygiene, and no refund or support.

    Absolutely nothing

This was by far one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The apartment is extremely small, but that is not even the main issue. The real problem is the completely unacceptable level of hygiene. I specifically chose this studio because of its supposed cleanliness, but the reality was shocking. The bed and mattress were infested with bed bugs. The mattress was filthy and did not even have a proper cover. This is not just poor service — it is a serious health and sanitary hazard. After only two nights, I was forced to leave the apartment for my own safety. The property management service was completely unresponsive and failed to take any responsibility. Even more disappointing, Booking provided no effective support and did not assist me in obtaining a refund, despite the severity of the situation. As a result of this unacceptable experience, I have already taken legal action. Through my attorney, I have sent a formal complaint (exodiko) to Maryland Property Service, and I am fully committed to pursuing this matter in court, both civilly and criminally. I have also discovered that my case is not an isolated incident, which makes this situation even more serious and concerning. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this property. What happened here is not just bad service — it is a matter of health, safety, and accountability. I needed medical treatment for the infestation affecting my scalp and body.

A környék nem volt túl zajos, közelben buszmegálló és kis boltok, pékségek, kávézók, pubok. A szállásadó rugalmas és segítőkész volt, minden információt időben elküldtek.
