    Una experiencia en sí mismo

    El apartamento era amplio, muy peculiar, extraordinariamente bien equipado y con una terraza y unas vistas espectaculares

    La zona estaba muy degradada, aunque tampoco parecía insegura y estaba bastante cerca de la zona turística

    Le très bon plan à Athènes !

    Merci Konstantinos pour l'accueil chaleureux ! Belle superficie et style original. Effectivement ça chauffe quand le soleil tape mais un courant d'air de chaque côté de l'appartement et c'est réglé, au pire il y a deux climatisations dans le logement. Il y a tout ce qu'il vous faut. Le lit est très confortable ! Et le top c'est la localisation, dans le vieux quartier de Psyrí, à côté d'un parking souterrain avec voiturier (entre 20-25€ pour 24h), il y a une petite supérette à 50m. Vous êtes à 5 minutes à pied des meilleurs restaurants de la ville et des puces. 20 minutes de l'entrée Sud-Est de l'Acropole. Bref c'est le top.

    2-3 petits détails à améliorer que je ne nommerai même pas car on est sur du chipotage.

    Für die Aussicht würden wir die Wohnung wieder mieten- für den Rest eher nicht.

    Die Aussicht ist nicht zu überbieten

    Es scheint als ob noch gestern jemand in der Wohnung gewohnt hat. Die Schränke in Küche und Bad sind voll mit Lebensmittel, Gebrauchsgegenständen.
