    Spacious and modern apartment in an incredible neighbourhood. Loved it.

    Great 4 bed apartment which was just what we needed with teenagers and extended family. Incredible to have so many rooms and bathrooms and everything was modern and well laid out. Love Koukaki so much and the apartment is just a couple of minutes from some really great restaurants and bars and easy to walk to Acropolis.

    There were broken windows/glass outside on the balcony which wasn’t a great vibe and would have been really dangerous with young kids. Sofa needs a clean. “Luxury” might be pushing it. Couldn’t find a washing machine.

    Nice appartment, needs improvement

    The appartment ws very spacious and big, nicely reformed

    the stairs leading to the house and the elevator were very old and somewhat dangerous, as the elevator did not even have doors inside... locking the doors was hard as they did not fit perfectly. and the worst part was that there were works in the building next to our terrace and somehow there were broken glasses that made it very dangerous. I sent pics to the people inside and did not even get a reply...shower in our bedroom was weirdly placed and with no door or courtain so water easily overflooded or splashed the rest of the toilet
