Lovely apartment in Alimos.
We were kindly relocated to another apartment in a different location as the owners were renovating the bathroom. We stayed in Alimos. The apartment is secure, lovely and spacious. It is a well equipped apartment with a secure parking space. The apartment also has a roof top pool with lovely views. The tram stops just a 5 minute walk away, as is the beach, restaurants/bars, and supermarket.
The aircon didn’t work properly and even though the owner arranged for an engineer to fix it, the problem wasn’t resolved. The temperatures in Alimos were 36-40 degrees outside and the aircon was warm, which made it very unpleasant. As we were only staying for 5 days we gave up complaining.

the fact that it was (and still)listed as a two-bedroom apartment and it turned out to be a one-bedroom, with an extra sofa bd. The guy who check us in was bossy and rude, the guy who took over was exemplary; an empty fridge with not even a bootle of cold water on check in.

Perfect location, nice Prooerty, cozy apartment and very friendly host
It’s a beautiful apartment that I would definitely book again. The location was perfectly located on my favorite road, which made everything in walking distance and accessible. The apartment was cozy and well equipped and properly furnished. Every little detail was thought of. Down to extension cords and adaptors. Kitchen wear was abundant, uniform and hygienic. Christos was there on time to give me the keys and show me around the apartment. He was extremely helpful sending me all useful and trusted details about about Voula and Athens in general. He offered his help and was ready to even show me around if I needed.

Great apartment in nice neighborhood
The apartment is just as nice as on the pictures and the garden as well. We enjoyed our stay very much, could prepare perfect breakfast in the kitchen and eat on the huge balcony. The hosts very helpful and gave some tips where to go, what to eat ("To Gnision" good menu very popular among locals too). To swim we preferred the beach in Vouliagmeni in walking distance ca 30 min along the beach or by bus 10 min, its free and cheap beds
Some days there were some reconstruction or garden works with noise quite early around 7:00 am in the morning, we were a bit bothered but that's the price of nice houses and gardens around
