Wunderschöne bepflanzte Terrasse zum wohlfühlen und genießen.
Die Dachterrasse mit ihrer liebevollen Bepflanzung ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir hatten wundervolle Tage. Der Vermieter hat uns gleich zu Beginn, in der Mitte und am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes per Textnachricht kontaktiert, um sich zu erkundigen, ob alles gut ist. Es war alles super, ich bin aber sicher, er hätte sofort geholfen, wenn etwas gewesen wäre. (Übrigens sind es genau genommen sogar zwei Terrassen, weil das Schlafzimmer auf der anderen Seite noch eine, ebenfalls bepflanzte, Mini-Dachterrasse hat).
Über die Lage kann man vielleicht streiten: Es sind vorwiegend Büros drum herum. Für uns - meinen Teenager-Sohn und mich - war alles perfekt. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist es wegen der Dachterrasse (mit breitem Beet statt hohem Geländer) eher weniger geeignet.

The location is central and the host responded to WhatsApp messages, though not always to specific questions.
The listing significantly misrepresents the property. The photos appear digitally enhanced/fabricated: the advertised terrace "sunset view over the city" is actually a view of the neighboring building's wall, and the kitchen shown in the listing is a completely different room than the actual kitchen. Multiple advertised amenities did not exist or were unavailable: no pool or pool view, no functioning jacuzzi (a cold plunge instead), and no gym equipment despite "fitness amenities" being listed - the host admitted in writing this was his mistake. There were also real maintenance issues: a hole in the kitchen wall let mosquitoes into the apartment, and the kitchen door could not close because the refrigerator physically blocks it, so the insects spread throughout. The bathroom leaked water onto the floor. It is a regular apartment, not the premium property the listing suggests, and not worth the price we paid. We documented everything with photos comparing the listing to reality. Disappointing experience, book elsewhere.

Everything was just as pictured. Icebath is the best when you take +25k steps a day. The host is absolute best. I can highly recommend. Thank you again for everything.
