I absolutely loved my stay here! Everything was wonderful. The apartment was incredibly clean, comfortable, and had everything I could possibly need — a good hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of dishes and kitchen equipment, and so many other useful things. The location was also excellent. It is in a quiet and peaceful area, but there are plenty of grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The beach is also within walking distance, which was a huge plus for me. Check-in was very easy and convenient. The only small issue was that the address on the map seemed to point to the neighboring building, but I quickly found the correct entrance thanks to the swimming pool in the courtyard. Everything was exceptionally clean, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

The location is good and the apartment itself was clean and modern.
We stayed in apartment 23, which was clean and modern, but our overall experience was highly disappointing due to poor management communication and unresolved property issues.Specifically, the following problems occurred: 1) Inaccurate Address: The address listed on Booking.com was incorrect. Management messaged us the day before our flight stating the property was one building further down, but when we asked for the exact location, they just told us to tell the taxi driver to stop at "the white building." This was incredibly unhelpful and inaccurate. 2) Broken Amenities: The balcony light did not work at all, making it impossible to sit outside after dark. Additionally, the broom provided was falling apart and needs to be replaced. 3) Damaged Clothing: The washing machine shrunk and discoloured our clothes on a standard 30°C wash, which we were extremely upset about. 4) Lack of Storage: The wardrobes were not fully accessible. One was completely locked, and the other was crammed with the iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. There was nowhere near enough space for two people staying for a two-week holiday. 5) Dirty Pool: Because of the surrounding trees, the pool was constantly dirty. While it was cleaned regularly, it simply wasn't enough to keep up with Mother Nature, meaning we never wanted to use it. 6) No Instructions: There was no welcome book or instructions for anything inside the apartment. We had to Google how to use things or message the management team. Management Response: When we reached out regarding issues 2 through 3, our messages were completely ignored. When management did reply to general questions, it took days, and sometimes they never got back to us at all.
