struttura accogliente e pulita, anche se non ho mai visto di persona il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile sempre
l’unica pecca è che si trova al quinto piano senza ascensore abbiamo fatto molta fatica a salire le valigie fin su e altrettanto a scenderle

Great facilities and location, and a lovely balcony!
Great location, easy to get into Valencia town by bus and to the beach. Loved the balcony! We were able to cook dinners easily with the facilities available. Appreciated the coffee machine and pods. Aircon and fans made it a comfortable temperature. Thank you so much, really enjoyed our stay!
The blinds in the second (sofabed) room stopped working for us and only one bin bag was left that we could find. Apart from that brilliant!

Buena climatización
Es un 5° sin ascensor detalle que no sé menciona en ningún lado. Los lavabos se atascan y al sofá le vendria bien una limpieza exhaustiva.
