    En general está muy bien, tiene un baño completo y un aseo con ducha, ascensor y parking y una terraza estupenda. Cercanía a la playa y a bares y centro. Perfecto para ir con abuelos o con niños.

    Tiene una terraza espectacular pero debería de tener algún techado o toldo de quita y pon para poder aprovecharla más tanto con mucho sol o lluvia, la sombrilla que hay no cubre mucho. Las sartenes por decir algo negativo habría que renovarlas.

    Atico de lujo

    El atico es una pasada!! Preciosa terraza con vistas al mar, situacion privilegiada. Ademas tiene todo lo necesario, utensilisos de cocina, tv, wifi y sobretodo garaje.
