Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines Gebäudes am Ufer des Guadalquivir in Triana mit einem tollen Panoramablick auf den Fluss und das historische Zentrum von Sevilla. Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang über den Fluss und schon ist man im Zentrum. Die Küche war für unsere Bedürfnisse gut ausgestattet, das Bett war bequem und es gab eine gute, heiße Dusche. Die Außenterrasse mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten ist phänomenal, kann aber wegen der Hitze im Sommer erst am Abend richtig genutzt werden. Das Haus hat keinen Aufzug, aber nach dem Treppenaufstieg freut man sich wieder auf die unglaubliche Aussicht!

Nice riverside apartment
Amazing terrace and views. Easy access via door code and lock box. Comfortable mattress. Complimentary toiletries and kitchen pack. Kitchen more than ample for a short stay (kettle, microwave, oven, washing machine). Iron, small ironing board and hairdryer too. AC gave excellent inside temperature, especially considering it was 43 degrees. Free street parking but busy, as expected. Great location, close to everything to explore, and Mercadona only 2 min walk away
Different sofa to the one in photos. It was a 2 seater fold in half futon style sofa, which was much smaller than we expected and, not very comfortable. AC in bedroom makes a strange buzzing/vibration noise somewhere in walls every 3-4minutes when on. A little annoying when trying to sleep. Smart TV only gives access to live channels. Although apps are available, the TV requires a access code to do anything and this prevents you being able to login with your own netflix/prime, etc accounts

The location is amazing, with a view over the river to the cathedral. There are cafes and restaurants in front, free street parking if you are lucky (if not there is a public underground garage 5 mins walk, 26eur 24hrs). Huge terrace. Well equipped. Clean. The bed is for couples, sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping. Accomodation is on the top floor, there is no elevator.
The smells from pipes are unbearable if you close the windows.
