Great location, disappointing maintenance. Not good value for the money

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with air conditioning, lovely sea views and an excellent location. During our stay, the owner arranged for the Wi-Fi to be repaired and some damaged items to be replaced, which we appreciated.

However, the apartment was in poor condition: we found many cockroaches, in closets, living room… the curtains were torn and some of the furniture was badly worn. The property clearly needs proper maintenance and a thorough refurbishment. We also expected a more welcoming and professional level of customer service. Considering the price, we expected a much higher standard of maintenance and overall quality. With proper refurbishment, this could be an excellent apartment, but in its current condition it does not offer good value for money.
