    Molt bona

    La terrassa, disposar de parking, molt net i nou, ampli, aire condicionat, l’amabilitat i facilitats posades pel personal de l’agència immobiliària.

    Que has d’agafar el cotxe sovint per anar als llocs. No rebre els documents de l’estada en català com és obligatori per llei a Catalunya (ni tan sols en castellà, l’altra llengua cooficial)
