  The apartment was great and met our expectations. Viktor, the owner, was very kind and extremely helpful. We highly recommend it, and we will definitely return ourselves.

  A few steps from the sand

  The apartment has an ideal location, just a few steps from the beach. It is bright and spacious and there is a pleanty of room for large group of people. Uper floor terraces offer small side sea view. The pool is great and well maintained. There are plenty of places to eat arround and a big supermarket in the next street. There are a lot of free parking spaces arround, so we didn't use the garage parking. There is no self check- in and we had a pleadure to enjoye a warm Spanish wellcome from Victor's brother Paco. The communication with Victor went very well. He is really a great host.

  The apartment has a great potential. It only needs a few finishing touches like refreshing the wall paint and some furniture and kitchen utendils replacement. It definitely needs a new dishwasher, iron and ironing board 🙂. We only didn't like the level of cleaninless of the kitchen and terraces provided by the cleaning service. I suppose it is a big apartment and it needs more time between the guest to be cleaned perfectly. I am sure there is nothing Victor can solve.

  Buena experiencia

  Prácticamente todo. Buenísima ubicación a 1 minuto de playa y de locales de hostelería, pero a su vez, zona tranquila. El apartamento está fenomenal, bastante nuevo, amplio y limpio. Y fresco, con buen sistema de aire acondicionado por toda la casa y ventiladores de techo en habitaciones. Cocina completa con menaje y algunos productos de limpieza. En las terrazas hay varios tendederos y sillas de playa, así como sombrillas. Hay pequeños electrodomésticos como tostadora, sandwichera, cafetera, batidora, plancha... El portal es muy tranquilo, y la piscina está genial, con poquísima gente. Como no tiene hamacas ni césped, es para lo que es, bañarse, está casi siempre vacía. Maravilla. Tiene 1 plaza de garaje y hay mucho sitio en la calle para aparcar, así que eso no es problema.. Y Víctor muy amable, nos tenía bebidas fresquitas en la nevera, el aire encendido y lo que necesitaramos. De hecho tuve que llamarle un par de veces, y resolvió rápido. La verdad que ha sido una gran experiencia vacacional.

  Prácticamente nada. Todo genial. Algo ya muy concreto, sería una alfombra para la ducha. Por no manchar tanto toallas o el suelo. La plaza de garaje algo estrecha. Larga y estrecha, cerrada, aunque sí pudimos dejar hasta el carro de bebé o nuestras sillas de playa, pero nuestro coche un poco regular.. Pero eso no es culpa de los dueños, demasiado que la alquilan con el apartamento.
