Si pudiera compraría este apartamento
La ubicación es excelente sobre el paseo marítimo y la playa sin coches y vista amplia y preciosa desde la gran terraza. Gran frigorífico, congelador independiente, lavadora y secadora. Aire acondicionado y buena decoración, Apartamento muy cómodo. Hay un fregadero grande donde lavar la vajilla. Y también microondas, cafetera, tostadora, exprimidor y muchos accesorios de cocina y de limpieza. Gran amabilidad de la propietaria que nos dio las llaves y no explicó todos los detalles y estuvo siempre dispuesta a aclararnos las dudas en cualquier momento

Absolut super.
Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum mit dieser Aussicht. Wir haben im Dezember noch Mittags in der Sonne liegen können. Abends ist der Sonnenuntergang sehenswert. Die Strandpromenade ist direkt vor der Haustür. Der Sand-Strand ist von Ausgang des Hauses nur wenige Schritte (ca. 30m) entfernt. Die Tapasbars sind in weniger als 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist auch in dieser Zeit zu erreichen, genau wie der Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Rocio ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und sorgt für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

El piso es estupendo, tal y como sale en las fotos. Muy luminoso y unas vistas espectaculares. Todo muy limpio y bien equipado. Rocío es encantadora

Perfect in everyway
It will be difficult to beat this holiday. Rocio is a friendly and responsive host, all the essential house keeping stuff provided, very clean, quality furnishings, even provided beach towels/ chairs and parasol. Peaceful, safe location - it was wonderful sitting on balcony listening to the sound of the sea. We stayed almost three weeks, no car just walked and used buses. Only 15 minutes walk into town. Almeria is an undiscovered gem.

Perfect stay at Almeria
Everything was working very well. The apartment was very good and very clean. The view is great. The contact to Rocio was very easy. The parking garage is 200m away and has plenty of space. For unloading it was possible to park in front of the entrance door for a short time.
