Great place
Really clean, well equipped and just generally nice place to be. We were travelling with a 6 month old so spent more time than we usually would based in our accomodation so it was important to have a comfy place to be. It was great for this and we would stay again next time we are back in sevilla. The only thing to note is that it is a walk from the main tourist area - about 45 mins. This was no problem for us at all as we enjoy walking but is something to note for people who may not want to walk.

Perfect private stay in Sevilla
The apartment is very well maintained, the host were very responsive. We get complimentary wine and ham and everything was perfect. The terase was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet.
May a bit overpriced for two people (especially young couples with tight budget), but all in all would recommend and we will come back for sure. We had unpleasant experience regarding multiple scam attempts of some people that somehow know which appartement and to which time we booked and paid in advence, and they repetedly were trying to ask for confirmation of the booking and additional payment (i period of 3 month, in total of 4 different groups attempted the same). Luckily, the host were very responsive and reassured us everything was okay and that our accommodation is booked and we will be able to use it.

Apartament 1 pokojowy z osobną łazienką na 1 piętrze. Dostęp za pomocą kodu do skrytki na klucze. Czysto. Wygodne łóżka. W kuchni dostępne wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Miło, że jest mydło do rąk i płyn pod prysznicem. Klimatyzacja. Na piętro Dostęp schodami krętymi. Lokalizacja dobra, 15 min od Placu hiszpańskiego piechotą, do Starego miasta 30 min. Przystanek autobusowy w pobliżu.
Ogólnie w nocy cicho, jeśli brak sąsiadów. Jednak gdy sąsiedzi są to słychać krzyki i rozmowy bardzo głośno do póżnej nocy. Uważam,że możnaby wymienić drzwi wejściowe do apartamentu na bardziej dzwiękoszczelne. Poza tym nie podobały mi się okna, które nie zamykają się całkowicie, tylko przymykają się ( okna rozsuwne,słabo dzwiękoszczelne). Od zewnątrz są rolety.

Super taras, wszystko zgodne z opisem. Do starego miasta ok. 30 minut spacerem. Fajnie się idzie, nie trzeba szukać transportu. Blisko sklepy, bez problemu z parkowaniem. Idealne miejsce dla dwóch aktywnych osób.
Nie ma takiej rzeczy.
