    Nice appartement, but not what we expected due to the price.

    The appartement is very nice, just a few minutes away from the beach, all the restaurants, and the small shops. It features a beautiful, huge sandy beach. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture modern. Good air conditioning. It was great having an espresso machine—something that isn't always the case. The owner is very nice, and the key handover was perfectly. A kind man, who explained everything to us.

    What really bothered us was that, while the second, smaller bedroom did have a window, it didn't face outside but into the apartment building's hallway. The larger bedroom also lacked windows facing directly outdoors; instead, there was only a glass door leading to the glassed inn room in front of it. Of course, you can open the windows there, but it’s not the same thing. So we avtaully left the appartement one day earlier than planned and moved out. The roof terrasse was difficult to use because oft he extremely small spiral staircase. And the view was honestly not what I expected. I thought that we would look directly to the ocean, but you look on to the street and houses instead, which are not so beautiful. I chose the appartment because of the good reviews, even though it was very expensive. Especeially due to the price we expected more.

    Apartamento reformado y con aire acondicionado

    El apartamento es precioso, recién reformado y con todas las comodidades. Las camas cómodas y con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Hay que tener en cuenta que es un segundo sin ascensor , aunque para nosotros no fue un problema.

    El alojamiento es espectacular y el equipo de Atico los flamingos , super atentos todos , el Anfitrión muy atento y cordial, La terraza superior es algo que hasta que no estas no lo valoras, muy amplia y super bonita
