    Appartement spacieux et bien situé, mais qui méritait une remise au propre !

    Superbe vue sur la plage, Appartement dans un beau bâtiment (et non dans une « barre de béton » comme il y en à malheureusement trop à Gijón. L’appartement est spacieux.

    Un rafraîchissement général de l’appartement serait le bienvenu, on voit que la dernière rénovation doit dater (murs tachés, équipements de la cuisine usés ou manquants, literie vieillissante). Il est dommage que le ménage réalisé n’inclut pas les fenêtres. C’est du gâchis d’avoir une si belle vue mais des fenêtres sales.
