Central location with bonus terrace and parking.
This apartment is in a really quiet location so no noise from the neighborhood. It is an easy walk to town albeit about 20 minutes. There are heaps of restaurants within a very short walk, a big esplanade lined for eating options! The terrace is lovely and the apartment is really well equipped with everything you need. Kitchen is really well equipped and the whole block has a very nice vibe. Also bonus parking on site.
It is a little hard to find for first time visitors but trust google maps and you will get there. My only suggestion is the bed is a little small and could do with upgrading, but minor complaint well the whole apartment is so well appointed and equipped.

Diese Unterkunft hat unseren Aufenthalt in Sevilla absolut großartig gemacht! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die großzügige Terrasse war so gemütlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch perfekt, ruhig, aber dennoch alles leicht zu erreichen.

Precioso ático
El apartamento es precioso decorado con un gran gusto y muy confortable. La terraza es un plus inestimable. Los anfitriones de 10, resolutivos, de respuesta rápida además de gran amabilidad. Muy recomendable para disfrutar de esta maravillosa ciudad que me tiene enamorada.
Realmente no tengo nada que destacar como negativo.

Die Lage mit einem Fußweg zur Altstadt von ca 20 Minuten ist gut. Sehr schön ist die vorhandene Terrasse, die wir jeden Abend mit einem leckeren spanischen Wein genutzt haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super.
Die Kosten für den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage hätten vorher angegeben werden können.
