    La ubicación, disponer de baño para cada una de las habitaciones y la amplitud del salón. Camas y almohadas cómodas. A pesar de lo caluroso de la época, se estaba bien en el piso al haber ventilador en cada habitación y abrir las ventanas por la noche más que suficiente.

    Casi nada, simplemente alguna bombilla del salón que parpadeaba bastante y estaría bien que se hubiese cambiado de antemano.

    Amplio y bien ubicado

    La ubicación, la amplitud del apartamento. Instalaciones modernas. Equipamiento de electrodomésticos. Vajill y menaje abundante. Muebles cómodos. Luminoso y bien ventilado.

    Mantenimiento: una cortina de lucera rota, una puerta de habitación se atasca y hace mucho ruido al cerrar. Los grifos de los lavabos semi obstruidos echan poca agua.
