    Locatia buna, camera mare, dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie. Micul dejun bun , tinand cont ca este un hotel de 3 stele.

    OK for one night but very disrespectful reception and unrealistic promises on Booking.com

    Room and breakfast were good. (However, the reception lady gave us another room as depicted on Booking and ours was a worse one.)

    Reception staff (two ladies) were shockingly rude, especially one lady who treated us extremely arrogantly. We nearly left because of them and only stayed because it was our last night and already late. The swimming pool was closed in September although Booking said it was open. There are well hidden parking fees. Beware! Shower is not very good, it floods the bathroom. The location is a bit out of the way as well. Overall, the experience was our worst in Bulgaria because normally everywhere all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and all pools were open no matter the weather and mention on Booking. Not here though. So would not recommend.
