I would highly recommend staying at the Atlantic house while in Ponta delgada. It was in a great location in easy walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants, the casino and more. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for many guests. On our arrival, the airconditioning was not functioning in the bedrooms. The owner tried to get it repaired right away, but there was a part that had to be ordered and would not arrive until our trip was over. We went to the department store and purchased fans. The owner felt terrible and kindly paid us for the fans we purchased (120 euro) and refunded us an additional 100 euro to compensate us for a problem that was out of their control to fix. Great customer service.

Kitchen was awesome and fully equipped with almost everything we needed. Kitchen table and couch area was large and spacious. The natural light from the ceiling was my favorite. Thankfully the ac in the common area worked great.
The air conditioner in the bedrooms would only stay on for 2 mins.

Espaçoso e bem localizado
Alojamento espaçoso, cozinha bem equipada, bem localizado, com zonas de estacionamento pago perto. Staff muito simpático
Necessidade de alguma manutenção no interior, paredes com bolhas de umidade, tem interruptores mas não tem iluminação. Ar condicionado dos quartos não funciona, pedimos ajuda mas não ficou resolvido.
