  A stay with real potential, let down by persistent management failures.

  The building itself is genuinely better than expected. The rooftop pool with panoramic ocean views, sauna, gym, and a very convenient self-service minimarket on the ground floor all add real value to the stay. The (virtually) seafront balcony views are a genuine highlight. A private parking spot is also included — a welcome bonus, even though we did not have a car.

  I don't write negative reviews lightly, but honesty requires it here. This stay had real potential — squandered by persistent management failures. Communication was slow and unreliable from the very start. A crib request made at booking in January was never acknowledged. On check-in — late at night, traveling with a young child — the electronic lock code provided was simply wrong but fortunately we got the updated one shortly upon request yet 1234 is not the safest code for a worry-free long stay. Mid-stay, the lock battery died, leaving us unable to leave the apartment unattended without risk of theft. To be fair, once escalated, a technician was dispatched within 24 hours. The WiFi went down on March 30 and was never restored before check-out. We had to make do with the building's common-area network on the ground floor — a workaround, not a solution, for what was an 18-night stay. The bathroom was in a poor state: significant humidity, visible mold traces, and a dirty shower filter. The oven and kitchen hood were non-functional. The microwave was outdated. No mid-stay cleaning service was provided at any point. Proceed with caution.
